Despite growing up in Chicago, I never saw the Illinois state capitol. There was once a class trip in grade school but for some reason or another, I did not go.
Since I was driving past, I thought why not check it out? Here are some pics from my visit. The second picture is the Illinois Supreme Court, and the last two pics are President Lincoln’s home.
